Funny face?
Today was a day full of errands for a wedding we were to attend that night. EXHAUSTING! If you’re Arab, you know what wedding exhaustion during a wedding that is not your own feels like. If you’re not Arab, congratulations! Weddings are probably less like a red carpet event where you’re from…and my hair, nails, and general health envies you.

ReplyActually Ascia, weddings, be they Arab, African or Western are pretty much the same. I have had the pleasure of experiencing both Arab and African weddings and its pretty much the same pressure. In Africa or rather in my country (Uganda) its all about doing it BIG so the pressure is tremendous. We have a saying that “Whatever was not there (at the wedding) then Noah did not put it in the Ark.”
