For my second week with Promod, I wanted to highlight their faux leather jackets of the season. I loved the olive tone to this one! It’s got such a luxe feel to it, and is the perfect statement piece for the winter.

The bejeweled scarf is also a great piece to add to your wardrobe, because it adds an unexpected twist to a winter staple. And plus…I love a good embellishment! Which is also evident on the matte glitter ankle booties….which are INCREDIBLY comfy. I never expect shoes from high end brands to be comfortable, but these surprised me!

I am so incredibly excited to announce something that’s been brewing for some time now: a fun partnership with Promod!

I’ll be working with them, releasing a post every week, to help introduce you to their Fall/Winter collection. It’s all about vibrant colors, chic patterns and a downtown cool vibe. Through outfits posts, we hope to introduce you to great ways to accessorize, playful ways to use their scarves, and even style their shoes! (pro tip: they have crazy cool sneakers in stores right now).

The One with the IWC Womens Event

I was recently invited out to Dubai for the release of IWC‘s newest collection for women, the Portofino Midsize. For the first time ever, IWC had arranged a women’s only event hosted by Adriana Lima and IWC CEO Georges Kern in celebration of both the release and the stunning photography by Peter Lindbergh. Unfortunately, Lindbergh was unable to attend but we had the opportunity to view his photos in the Salsali Private Museum where the event itself took place.

The event ran a little late in the beginning, with myself and another blogger being the only ones present in the beginning. We were given the opportunity to sit and chat with Adriana Lima, but we weren’t able to take photos or do an interview…basically you’ll just have to take my word for it that she was INCREDIBLY kind, down to Earth, and fun to chat with. We talked about our kids, traveling, even breastfeeding and working and fashion and the list goes on. I’m really grateful for the experience!

IWC also gave Hussein Bazaza the opportunity to showcase his couture collection, and I didn’t manage to get very many photos of it that were of quality, but I recommend checking him out and .
